Here’s something a little different from what you usually see covered here—poker cards. Are poker cards sports or non-sports? That question has been asked about wrestling cards, bowling cards and some others for years and the answer varies depending upon the person you ask. Leaf blurs the line even further with the release of 2011 Leaf Poker by including celebrities such as Brad Garrett (Everyone Loves Raymond), Jason Alexander (Seinfeld), Lou Diamond Phillips, and others.
2011 Leaf Poker is out now and follows other Leaf and Razor poke card releases. Most who purchase the series will be doing so for the legends of the game, rather then celebrities. And if that’s where you fall, you’ll be happy to know the series features autograph cards, dual-autograph cards, Classic Nickname cards, signed table felt insert cards, 1/1 signing printing plates, and more. Nine redemption cards are inserted affording the finder to play in an online, one-table poker tournament. The winner of the tournament will take home a authentic 2006 World Series of Poker bracelet. Each pack contains five cards, all of which are signed and according to Leaf, 99% of which are on-card signatures.
