What’s Happening at Pop Art Con…

Pop Art Con will take place in just two weeks. The show takes place on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ft. Washington, PA (530 W. Pennsylvania Ave, Ft. Washington, PA 19034). Show hours are 10 AM to 4 PM. Here’s some info about what’s going on around the show….

Tim Shay Tim Shay will raffle off an original Hellboy drawing and will offer some limited-edition Pop Art Con show exclusives.

Jim Kyle Jim Kyle will raffle off several original artwork cards.

Rusty Gilligan Rusty Gilligan will have exclusive Mac and Trouble prints for Pop Art Con and will be signing them for free. In addition, Rusty is available to sign general movie memorabilia (posters, etc.). He was one of the original artists on the 1981′s Heavy Metal movie – as well as having been an artist on such films as Spider-Man 2 & 3, Captain America, and The Avengers. You can see his credits on IMDB.

Joseph Miller Joseph Miller will have a two-card signed set that he will give away to the first 25 collectors visiting his table. These will also be on sale for $10 at the show.

Laura Inglis Laura Inglis will have a limited number of Island Dreams promo cards to give away.

Exclusive Promos Several free (and exclusive) promos will be available during the show: Bettie Page Box 2 (from Versicolor Productions), Blood and Glory (Asylum Studios), Tarzan 100th Anniversary (Cryptozoic Entertainment; two exclusive cards), Grimm (Breygent Marketing; three cards), Red Sonja (Breygent Marketing; 2 exclusive puzzle cards), Deadworld (Breygent Marketing), and Bench Warmer (Bench Warmer, two exclusive cards).

Promo Exchange Cryptozoic Entertainment has announced a unique promo exchange program which will afford collectors the opportunity to trade in a duplicate promo for one they need. See details on our blog.

Special Pop Art Con Sketch Card Artists will have an exclusive Pop Art Con sketch card to create their sketches on. Be sure to ask your favorite artists about commissioning your sketch on these exclusive show cards, courtesy of Pop Art Con and Versicolor Productions.

    I have many of Tim Shay’s cards and then are so life like, wish I lived closer to the show. Sounds like fun and games for all.
